Newly appointed ambassador of Bangladesh to The Netherlands H E M Riaz Hamidullah hosted a reception in honour of the diplomatic community on 15 July 2020 upon presentation of his credential to His Majesty King Willem Alexander.
More than 60 people including Senior officials from Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ambassador of India, Japan, Iran, Iraq, Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, Qatar, Vietnam, Argentina, Cuba, Chilie, Columbia, Sri Lanka , Sudan, Jordan, ICC prosecutor, Mayor of Wassenaar joined the program.
Ambassador Riaz welcomed the distinguished guests at the newly purchased Bangladesh House where a photo exhibition on Father of the nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahaman was also arranged. The distinguished guests visited the exhibition with great enthusiasm and praised the Embassy for the exhibition.
